Booking the Hall

 

Current prices for booking the hall are shown in our 'Hall Hiring Rates', which can be downloaded from the section headed 'Important documents for Hirers' below. To enquire about the availablity of the hall for your preferred date(s), or to ask about special rates for regular sessions, please contact our Booking Secretary Jules Clegg on 07719 463328.

Alternatively, you can complete and submit the web enquiry form below, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. If your request is urgent, please call Jules Clegg at the number above.

Once you've provisionally agreed a price and a date, to secure your booking you must complete Part 1 of our Hiring Agreement and return it to us as quickly as possible. This is available to print from the section headed 'Important documents for Hirers' below.

You can contact our Booking Secretary to discuss availability, or to discuss special rates for block bookings.
Hiring Agreement
Once you've provisionally agreed a price and a date, please print the Hiring Agreement, complete and sign Part 1, then return the whole document along with your Hire Fee to our Booking Secretary at the address given in our 'General Information for Hirers' document below.

Application for the sale or supply of alcohol
You must print and complete this form if you intend to sell alcohol at an event at Sicklinghall Village Hall, or to supply alcohol if it is included in a ticket price. Ask for more information if you are unsure. Please return the completed form to our Booking Secretary. See 'General Information for Hirers'.
Application for consent to issue Temporary Event Notice
Please print and complete this request form if your event involves any activities for which the Village Hall does not currently hold a Licence. Return the completed form to our Booking Secretary. See 'General Information for Hirers'.
Special events-guidelines for hirers
you must read these guide lines if you are planning on holding a special event which includes bouncy castles,fireworks or bonfires or fetes and galas.
